Top level international master scholarship
Attractivity scholarship campaign 2024-2025
Objective of this scholarship:
This scholarship is dedicated to international students wishing to enlist in a training in the scope of the Graduate Initiative ARTS.
Students from all over the world having applied in one of the trainings mentioned above can be candidate to this programme.
Scholarship amount :
EUR 700 a month over 10 months that is to say EUR 7,000 a year for the recipient.
Number of annual scholarship : 1 or 2 per year
Eligibility criteria :
- Curriculum prerequisites
- Receipt of a complete application form (download French version or English version here)
- Eligible countries : all countries
- Approved admission from one of the trainings in the eligibility scope
- Studying abroad for at least 3 years
A student is only entitled to one international attractivity scholarship from the ARTS Institute.
The decision to renew a Master’s 1 scholarship for a successful student to Master’s 2 is examined by the training director and the university department Director.

Academic excellence ; coherence of the professional project
This grant can be combined with other international mobility programmes.
The application for the international attractivity grant does not exempt the laureates to duly enlist in the centres for French studies (campus France : http://www.campusfrance.org) for the relevant countries or in his/her home university for the students coming as part of an interuniversity exchange.
They also have to comply with the administrative procedure at the Jean Monnet University.
The students will be received by the director of studies, by the ARTS Institute and, if required, by the International relations officer.
Payment terms :
A mobility agreement will be drawn up with the successful student.
The grant will be paid by a bank transfer on a French or European bank account.
Paid by monthly installments :
- A first installment is made after the effective arrival of the student upon presentation of an administrative registration in the UJM : administrative certificate of registration, bank details, signed mobility agreement.
- From the second to the ninth following installments : upon certificate of attendance
- The last installment : upon certificate of attendance and course attendance.
