Identification data: Title – Last name – First name – Email – Photo upon informed consent – Nationality may be mentioned during collaborations with foreign colleagues and students
Audio and video recording: Recording of scientific events and artistic productions with prior consent for recording and broadcasting.
Higher education: Dates and diplomas obtained, as part of scholarship campaigns.
Data recipients
Internally: the people in charge of implementing the website and communication as well as the management committee; the steering committee, the international scientific council, the governance of the ARTS graduate initiative funded by the ANR SFRI Graduate+ project.
The partners of the ARTS institute, who signed the consortium agreement: UJM, ENSASE, the Cité du design/ESADSE, the Comédie and its school, the Saint-Étienne museum center which brings together the Musée d ‘Art and Industry and Couriot-Musée de la Mine, as well as the MAMC+.

Data retention
This data is kept for the necessary duration of processing.
After 5 years from the end of the last contact with the person concerned, following evaluations by the guardianship authorities, the data is permanently deleted.
